Purchased fitbit lux 14/6/22 BUT tracking not moving.

Hello...i am raising this case to community because am a bit worry already...Purchased firbit lux 14/6/22. That day also i received the tracking number. BUT since that day until now the tracking has stucked to ready to ship status....I got chatted fitbit support last week for the 2nd time but they always say just wait. 

Please give advice on this, really worry with fitbit performance on this purchase.

Hi, @i200yrs , unfortunately I don’t think this is something that the Community can help with.  I think it is just a matter of keep checking with Fitbit Support.  I see you mentioned checking with them last week.  I would say check with them again in the next day or two and see if you can get an explanation for the delay.
