Hello! I'm looking for RETURNING my Luxe I purchased on JULY 6 and I know I have 45 days to return the product if I don't like it! My question is: Where can I find a way to get a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER as I'm not satisfied with this product. Is there a link to proceed with the return?

Thanks Carol! I did it already and I'm back at the Get Support page with different options like FITBIT COMMUNITY (coming back here) or twitter BUT there is no email address or chat in order to start the process! Not really easy to return the product! Please, can you advise? THX
