Readiness score and sleep score not being displayed-Luxe

Hi Fitbit support team, 

     My Fitbit luxe will not display my readiness score or sleep score. I’ve worn my device for the reccommended amount of time. It hasn’t been displayed for a week now. Please advice.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for the information provided.

 

To be able to see Readiness Score and Sleep Score your Luxe must have registered your sleep stages (light sleep, deep sleep, and REM). If you only see a sleep pattern (time asleep, restless, and awake), please visit this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.

 

In addition, you can restart your Tracker by following these steps.
