This month my Luxe had a software update, but now my watch no longer vibrates for text messages, which is a feature I really need to use throughout the day in meetings, etc. Has anyone else been dealing with this problem? I have double-checked my mobile phone settings, restarted phone many times, and my watch will still not vibrate notifications. Help!

Good to see you participating in the community @5280Lady.
Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Luxe.
Please make sure that your Luxe is not in DND or Sleep Mode. When 'do not disturb' setting is on: Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted. The do not disturb icon illuminates in quick settings.
On the other hand, when sleep mode is on: Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted; the screen's brightness is set to dim; the screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake Luxe, firmly tap the screen twice. The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
Sleep mode turns off automatically when you set a sleep schedule. For more information, see Adjust settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
If the issue is still happening, see Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?

Thank you for your thorough reply, Manu! It actually was on DND, I must have accidentally tapped that when scrolling through my watch. I would not have ever thought to check that as I never use that feature on my watch, I just DND my phone when need be. Quick question about notifications. Where is the best place to ask for the company to reconsider putting the disco ball back onto the watches? We've had this shoe for so long. It would be ideal to bring the disco ball back, keep the shoe for whomever is partial to it, and make a few more to choose from, then customers can select the one they want, just like we get to select the digital watch face we want. Thanks again for your help!
