I’m done with Fitbit for good this time and I’ll never buy anything from them again in fact I’ll switch to Garmin. The only nice thing Fitbit has is the community, everything else is a screw up. I ordered a Fitbit luxe per overnight (or whatever the most expensive and “fastes” shipping method is) 8 days ago. On day 5 I was already so upset that I decided to print a return label and send it straight back to Fitbit the second the device arrives. On day 7 I reached out to customer service asking why I haven’t received my order yet and the guy told me that on his end USPS says it was delivered a few hours ago - I checked everywhere and ask literally every neighbor on my street no one has my package. So the rep said “just because usps said it was delivered it doesn’t necessarily mean that it actually got delivered” uhhh awesome?? I asked him what I’m supposed to do now and I was basically told to wait and hope that it arrives in time for me to sent it back… what?! I’m supposed to wait and hope if magically shows up so I can ship it back and maybe hopefully get my money refunded?! Like are you kidding me?! This company is the biggest screw up I’m beyond upset! You spent so much money on a device that a) doesn’t arrive the day it’s supposed to arrive (or at least close to that date) b) if your package gets lost or stolen you paid for nothing because you’ll never see your money back and c) customer service doesn’t care. I’m so done with this. Fitbit is shoveling its own grave with the way they treat their customers!

Hi @LiinaLee97 sorry you're upset. Don't forget there was a holiday Monday Sept. 6th and the post office wasn't open. Not sure if you saw it or not, but the post office has changed the delivery dates of items, as they are short staffed. My post office will say something has been delivered when it hasn't been but it usually shows up the following day. Since it's been a few days and you haven't gotten it, I'd get with your credit card company about it. Sometimes they have insurance that you might not be aware of, in case it truly is lost. I know you're upset about all this, but should it reach you, why not try it out and see if you like the Luxe. I just got one myself and it's the best Fitbit that I've had. It might be something you'd enjoy using if you give it a chance. Let us know what happens.

I ordered a Luxe directly from FitBit and eagerly watched the tracking. The day they said it was delivered it was not in my mailbox. I called up FitBit & they told me there was nothing they could do and that I should contact the post office. The next day, still no FitBit. The next day I got a weird email from Usps saying that they couldn’t deliver a package because there was no safe place to leave it, and that they had left me a notice. I went to mailbox - nothing. Saw postal truck a few hours later, but by the time I got outside he had zoomed away. There was an empty box from unilever in my mailbox! I saw another mail truck and this time I caught up with him, mentioned that a package I was expecting I had not received even though post office said it was delivered. He mentioned he was a substitute carrier but he wrote a note to my regular carrier. And believe it or not, the following day there was a box in my mailbox that contained my Luxe. It had originally been misdelivered, someone circled my address on the package and indicated that it should be delivered there.
but I would definitely be upset had I paid all that money and not received the Luxe.
maybe you could call your credit card company, tell them postal service says it was delivered but that you did not receive it.

This sounds more like an issue with USPS than with Fitbit. Once they ship the item they can't control what happens with shipping.
You should definitely be in contact with USPS and try to track it down that way. Otherwise, as others have suggested, you can try a charge back.
