Reminders To Move Won't work on Luxe

So I have had my replacement Luxe for a few weeks and it was operating beautifully, but then a few days ago, the reminders to move stopped working. I have restarted the device, I have UNCHECKED the box on the app but when it syncs it turns it back on, which would be awesome if it was working. I have even unpaired and repaired. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you, in advance.

I thought I would give an update on this.  For the last week I have been back on an Android phone (Pixel 4 with Android 12).  And I am still running into issues with notifications not coming through to the Charge 5, reminders to move included.  The other day I started wearing my Oura ring again, might have that become my tracker of choice.

Just getting back into the Fitbit world.
Inspire 3 with Charge 5 as a backup.

I’ve been having this problem too, and every time the issue is that DND mode is on. Now the problem is that I am not actively turning DND mode on…

So it keeps happening over and over and it's very frustrating. Is will work for a while then it will quit. I have to completely remove the Luxe from my phone, wipe it have my Bluetooth forget it and totally start over. It is irritating and frustrating. Only made worse because Fitbit does not seem to care.
