Reminders to move aren't working on my Luxe

Even though every setting indicates that I should be getting a reminder at 10 minutes before every hour, this is not happening. I have reset the exercise goals. Cam anyone help? Thanks!

@CynHud Have you tried restarting the Luxe to see if that will fix it?

Yes Heather I have restarted 3 times. I will figure it out eventually I hope. Just frustrating after spending so much money. I tried to use the links on the Fitbit website for help and they were all broken, Thank you for the answer

Hi there, @CynHud. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that reminders to move aren't working on your Luxe despite the steps you've tried so far. I understand how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this! @Heather-S Thank you so much for your help!

Have you checked if the time you want your Luxe to notify you about your reminders to move are set correctly? To change when you receive reminders to move, change the hours or days of the week that you track your hourly activity goal (for example, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays).

If you still don't receive your reminders to move, please see Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me? 

If the above doesn't help nor describe your issue, would you mind checking whether DND or sleep mode is enabled? Keep in mind that these two features prevent your device from receiving notifications, reminders to move or celebrations. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
