Reminders to move won't work on my Luxe

My Luxe has never given me notifications to move even tho it is set to do so. Last week, I traveled from the Eastern time zone to the Mountain Time zone and after I synced it,  it suddenly started notifying me! Now that I’m back in the East, it has stopped again! I have tried to sync it here. Thank you in advance!

Hi there, @Crside. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. 

Have you checked if the time you want your Luxe to notify you about your reminders to move are set correctly? To change when you receive reminders to move, change the hours or days of the week that you track your hourly activity goal (for example, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays).
