Is there a way to return to the previous dashboard?

Is there any response from Fitbit for option to return to the dashboard before this one? It’s unmotivating & is not user friendly, it’s almost like a basic tester layout, without the additional features. I really want to get back the old one, I forget to look at this one, I dislike it so much.

No! I asked their help chat and they said there's no way to return to the previous, the upgrade is permanent.

Not true! They can always revert back or give us the option to do so but it will cost resources. If there is a large enough demand I think they will respond accordingly. For now I have stopped recommending Fitbit to friends, family, and workmates.

I agree to, I really don't like this new set up.

Ever since the update, my Luxe will not stay in synch with the app. Some nights sleep isn't tracked, I heartrate doesn't track, and steps track but show a lesser value than what is on my watch. This seems to be related to switching to my child's account. It's absolutely terrible and I agree with the other commenter, I would never recommend this to family or friends after this terrible experience. I want the old app back. It was much more reliable.
