Screen Wake isn't working on my Luxe

Is there a way to lock in my choices? I want to be able to turn my wrist and see the time. I turned off everything I am supposed to dnd/sleep mode. It stays like that for a couple of minutes and then I turn my wrist and nothing...I check and everything has turned itself back on again.  Really not amused

Hi there, @SusieCav. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for checking the sleep mode and DND settings on your Luxe before reaching out.

If the Screen Wake is no longer working on your Luxe, please go to your quick settings and check if the screen wake has been accidentally been turned off. To do so, swipe down from the clock screen to access the quick settings. Here you can change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
