My luxe watch face doesn't light up much of the time. I touch it, move it, nothing. Other times it does, so I can't determine an exact way to make it work. Any advise?

Hi there, @dg1904 @mookielady. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and already trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe devices. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Have you made sure that the screen wake feature is enable? If you haven't done so yet, please go to your quick settings and check if the screen wake has been accidentally been turned off. To do so, swipe down from the clock screen to access the quick settings. Here you can change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

Mine has started to do that and now the screen glitches for a second while scrolling stats. I have restarted the device both from the device itself and from the charger. It's less than a month old.

Yes my device is set to auto wake it just doesn't always respond to being moved tapped. I made a separate topic my glitch/flicker issue.

My Luxe has completely disappointed me. This is the 4th Fitbit device I’ve owned in the past 8 years or so and the more expensive they get the more disappointing they turn out.
I only use my devices to track activity/steps and to set silent alarms that work about 50%of the time. I don’t use it to get phone notifications, I don’t use it as a “watch “, I simply clip it into my shoe or sock. I was really sick of having extremely inaccurate step counts when wearing on my wrist- I once gained 4000 steps from folding some laundry. If you’re using a tracker to motivate you and make sure you’re always getting your set amount of steps in- do not wear these on your wrist.
the Luxe is nice and small- but this touch screen is nonsense. If it were consistently glitching I would be able to handle it- but there is no rhyme or reason to why/when it decides to respond to my touch, or delayed response, but it is all over the map. If I’m exercising and want to quickly check my progress it usually ends up being a 2 minute frustrating process where I end up getting frustrated and just continue with my routine without finding out how many steps I’ve gone.
they also took away active minutes- which makes any accurate time measurement for activities nonexistent.
i also was on a highly motivating 450+ day step streak until it suddenly went away for a few days only to return with a step streak of 4 days. I submitted help tickets m. They said they were working on it, I provided screen shots of my steps for the requested time period- they eventually stopped responding. I worked hard to get that step streak of 12,000 steps per day for over 450 days and lost it due to an update I was forced to do. Fitbit doesn’t seem to care when hundreds of people complain about things- they stick your feedback in a category on this site and ignore it.
Im starting to regret ever getting suckered into using the Fitbit brand- the screen malfunctioning is the last straw. Even if I lose all of my data from these years- I won’t purchase another Fitbit. When this one dies I’m out.
