My screen won't flash on when I flip my wrist like it used to and when I checked setting it says manual and won't let me change it. Help! I don't want to have to double tap the screen everytime. I don't always have a second hand free at work.

Hi there, @Lkh90. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe.

As @JohnnyRow has mentioned, it seems like your Fitbit Luxe is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.

To turn off Sleep Mode, please see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.

In Quick Settings check if in Sleep Mode.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Make sure the screen wake mode is set to auto. You will find it right over the sleep setting when you swipe down.
