My fitbit Luxe does not show the time when I move my wrist. I have to tap (pretty hard) the face of the watch in order to display time Is there any setting that will allow the time to stay displayed continuously?

Hi there, @lmiller1954. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Luxe.
Have you made sure that the screen wake feature is enable? If you haven't done so yet, please go to your quick settings and check if the screen wake has been accidentally been turned off. To do so, swipe down from the clock screen to access the quick settings. Here you can change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

I've tried this and still can't get it to turn on. Right now, it says "manual". How do I change it? Your link above doesn't mention how to do this on a Luxe.

I keep tapping it to go to auto but it won’t get off of manual. I’ve restarted my luxe and it still won’t change to auto when I tap screen to change it.

Check your whether or not you have your sleep mode is on. If sleep mode is on, it won't let you switch your screen wake to automatic. That's what happened to me! Hope it helps

I can’t turn it back to enabled. It only stays on manual, no matter how many times I try and change it.
