Screen Wake isn't working on my Luxe

At 1st my Luxe would light up with a hard wrist flick or gentle tap. Now I have to hit it forcefully on the side to wake it up. No amount of wrist turning works. Anyone know how to fix this?

Have you made sure that the screen wake feature is enable? If you haven't done so yet, please go to your quick settings and check if the screen wake has been accidentally been turned off. To do so, swipe down from the clock screen to access the quick settings. Here you can change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Thank you so much! Not only did that fix the problem but I ended up learning some other good things about the function of my fitbit.
