My watch only show the time when I tap it, not when I bring my wrist up to read it. Same thing with incoming caller ID.

I agree with @JohnnyRow. If the Screen Wake is no longer working on your Luxe, please go to your quick settings and check if the screen wake has been accidentally been turned off. To do so, swipe down from the clock screen to access the quick settings. Here you can change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
If the above doesn't work or doesn't describe your issue, probably your Luxe is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

Probably means you accidentally have Screen Wake turned off; if not in Sleep Mode. Both in Quick Settings.
