Screen Wake setting is no longer working on my Luxe

So I already know how to adjust the setting for my screen to only come on manually or to be on auto and sensitive to my wrist rotation... But these are no longer the options available on my Luxe! I scroll to the spot to set my screen to Auto and it shows me that it's on manual, I tap it and am returned to the watchface screen... Scroll back to the screen setting and it's still on manual so I try a long hold, nothing, double tap, returned to home screen. Tried calling at the icon, nada. Tried a restart, no change. Tried charging it fully, no change.

I never even took it off the Auto setting so why is it stuck on manual? How can I fix it?

Hi there, @RozesAreWhite. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the inconvenience with your Luxe before reaching out.

As @JohnnyRow has mentioned, it seems that you've set your Luxe in Sleep Mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.

To turn off Sleep Mode, please swipe down from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

You are probably in Sleep Mode (Settings > Quiet modes), preventing Screen Wake Auto.  Same issue on any model, not just Luxe.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
