Screen is black/unresponsive, and will not restart!

Hello, my Luxe screen is completely black (unresponsive) and I have tried the reboot TS (clicking the charger button 3x, 1 second pause between clicks, then waiting ten seconds) multiple times - to no avail.  (Yes my Luxe is plugged in while I do that, and the metal prongs are aligned with the battery charging port.)  Please help! 

 

The only feedback I am receiving from the device is the small vibration.  So at least I know it is not dead.  Otherwise, it is completely black

Hi, @mollyhaberkorn, welcome to the community, you may be interested in this article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  . Allowing you have satisfied yourself you are plugging into a "live" USB port. Your device has had at least 60 minutes on a charge and you still have an issue I recommend you talk to "Customer Support"  using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
