hi everyone. i‘m having troubles with my luxe. the display does not react to me moving my arm. at least most of the time it doesn’t. i‘ve tried everything i could think of. i restarted it, i restarted the app, then deleted and redownloaded it. i disconnected and reconnected it. its not on do not disturb or night shift, the display-activation is on automatic and its not on time out.. i‘d say 15% of the time it does actually work which is what makes this so confusing. is it just broken or is there something i‘m missing and there is a solution? i‘d love it if someone could help, i‘m really at my wits end with this 😕

I have the same problem. Tried to restart my Luxe and now not responding to anything including movement, taps or swipe. And the battery doesn't last the day. Really disappointed that the product doesn't work properly.

@alissa810 @EstherDavid Have you tried a factory reset? Swipe down > tap Settings > tap Device Info > tap Clear User Data. This will restore your Luxe to its original factory settings. You will need to set it up like new but hopefully that will resolve your issue.
