Screen wake is no longer working on my Luxe

I’ve reset/restart, changed the clock face and tried to turn off waterproof… still nothing. Can only see clock face when I tap, and not when I turn my wrist down. Any ideas?

Hi there, @KiwiDebNZ. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is still not turning on when you turn your wrist towards you. I appreciate you taking the time to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out. I will do my best to help you!

Based on your post, that often means that you have accidentally gotten "sleep mode" turned on in "quick settings". Sleep mode intentionally prevents screen coming on with wrist turn so as to not accidentally make light at night. To turn this setting off, please swipe down from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. I can’t swipe up down or sideways. At all. That is the problem.

@KiwiDebNZ Thanks for getting back and the details provided. 

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Tried that already. Doesn’t work. Fitbit battery now dying within hours and time went backwards about 4 hours overnight until I refreshed app. Going to try repairing today and if that doesn’t work, going to be asking for replacement.
