Set up a fitbit luxe for my 13 year old daughter

My daughter is 13. For her birthday we bought her a fitbit luxe which is recommended for teens. When I tried to set it up for her the only devices available were 'aces'. How can I set up her new luxe? Thank you

Hello @Mum35612 and welcome to the Community.  Do you use Google Family Link?  If so, you need to remove your daughter from Family Link.  She needs her own unsupervised Google account.
