How do I set up a second Luxe on my account for my 9yo child? I've added a child account, but when I try to add a device in her account, the only options are the ACE products. When I try to add it to my account, it says it will disconnect my Luxe.

Hi @Kdk55555 you can't have two of any one style (Luxe) on your own account. Your child must be part of a Family account in order to use their Fitbit, but they are at the age where only the Ace series is allowed. This is due to COPPA, the law regarding internet and children. When your child is 13 (USA) or 16 (some European countries) they can use the Luxe. Information on the Family Account is here - click to read.
