Hi - just got my Luxe this morning. I'm disappointed that the screen is slightly sunken into the fitting and has a sharp ridge all the way around. I've already knocked my wrist against our painted stairs and have a chunk of paint caught in the ridge. Anyone else have this or is my unit defective? It'as almost like the screen is sunk too deep into the housing.
Best AnswerNo this is not normal. I had the gorjana gold luxe but had to return due to strap issues but the housing was smooth and the screen was not sunken in on that one. I then purchased the platinum luxe thinking the gold was just a defective item but the replacement was also defective but this time with the screen sunken in and sharp edges around the ridge and silicone strap coming loose.
I just contacted them and sent photos, they told me it is not covered on the warranty!!! Laughable. They had the cheek to then thank me for being a fitbit customer for years and they look forward to me buying another. Bye Fitbit 👋
