The start of another month. Which means you will be advised on yoif sleep profile for June. This month, turns out I have the profile of a hedgehog. Until a few months ago, I could see previous months ie my history. Usually I'm a parrot  

Where can you find your historic sleep profiles now?

@KLWilson   Please tap on your Sleep tile.  Near the top, you can see Day, Week, Month, and Year.  Tap on Month.  Tap on the “<“ that is on the same line as “This month” a little to the left.  You can keep tapping to see previous months.  Tap on the calendar icon to return to the current month.
