Sleep Score shows on Luxe but not in the app

I’m extremely frustrated with my Luxe. When I check my sleep on it shows it and my score just fine, but the app refuses to show my score and details. It just shows how much sleep I got. 

Please don’t give me a canned reply telling me to resync my device, delete and reinstall the app, delete and re-add the Luxe, turn Bluetooth off and back on, re-pair the Luxe or update the app/firmware. I’ve tried and done all of those. None of it fixed the problem.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

When the Fitbit app just shows how much sleep you got, does it show a sleep pattern (time spent awake, restless, and asleep) or sleep stages (light sleep, deep sleep, and REM)?
