SmartTrack is not recognizing my activities on my Fitbit Luxe

I went on a 20 mile bike ride this am. Luxe is supposed to automatically track anything 15 mins or longer. That didn't happen and I see no way to manually add my workout. Why did I buy this thing!!

@Dfountaine Please try restarting your Fitbit Luxe and try one more time to use SmartTrack to see how it does this time.

Hi there, @Dfountaine. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Fitbit Luxe. I understand how you must be feeling. 

Please know that most Fitbit devices automatically recognize and record high-movement activities through the SmartTrack feature. To start, the default duration settings of your Fitbit Luxe is 15 minutes long. However, you can also choose which activities your device tracks automatically, or change the amount of time needed to record the activity. To do so, please follow the next steps:

  1. Tap the Today tab , then tap the Exercise tile.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right.
  3. Tap an exercise, and adjust the duration or turn off Auto-recognize.

thanks but didn't really help I was on a 2 hour bike ride so it should have
picked up the activity 15 minutes into the workout.. My old fitbit worked
better
