SmartTrack is not recognizing my activities on my Luxe

First of all, I apologize if this specific question has been asked before.  I have seen several discussions about exercise being tracked incorrectly (walks being counted as elliptical, for example), but nothing so far about the feature being sort of random in terms of working or not working.

To explain:  I've had the same issue with walks being tracked as elliptical.  It happens about half the time, seemingly at random.  But I also noticed yesterday that sometimes it's not tracking at all.  This morning, for example, it says I've exercised 1 out of 5 days: yesterday.  I had 30 active minutes Sunday, and 43 Monday, as well, and met all of my goals on those days, including steps and zones, and my dashboard reflects that, so it really makes no sense.  Has anyone else had this happen?  Any idea what causes it?

@WeetzieCat The best advice I can offer is to start your exercise directly from your Luxe. The auto recognize feature generally requires constant movement for a period of time + elevated heart rate. I find it finicky, personally. If you want to guarantee your workouts are counted, start them from the exercise app on your Luxe.

If you need to customize your exercise options, see this video here.
