My Fitbit Luxe is still syncing with my android phone, but it is not syncing exercise types or tracked exercises. For instance, today I tracked a bike ride on the watch with my phone GPS, but it is only syncing as "intense activity." This has been happening for several days, no tracked exercises are syncing nor are any exercises being auto-recognized.
I have tried:
- turning Bluetooth on and off
- restarting phone
- restarting the Fitbit
- uninstalling and reinstalling the app
- breaking Bluetooth connection and re-pairing
- removing Fitbit device from app and re-adding
Anything else I can try? I feel like I've exhausted the options. TIA.
