SpO2 won't work-Luxe

Help I cannot get the spo2 to track even after resetting the blue tooth. It’s tracking everything else. What’s the problem?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

If you haven't done so, please visit this article, open the menu "Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?" and follow the instructions.

 

Whether you have followed our recommendations shared above without luck, please provide the following information:

 

- Do you see the SpO2 tile in your Health Metrics on the Fitbit app?

- Do you see any error message or dashes in the SpO2 section on your Luxe?

- If possible, you can attach an image of what you see for further investigation.
