Steps are missing after syncing my Luxe

I'm an eight year fitbit user. I've had a luxe the past few years. Earlier in the year my original tracker failed and I was sent a replacement. That failed a couple of months in and I got a second. Yesterday it randomly added exactly 6000 steps. and then kept syncing back to the same amount all day when I used the app. I rang help. We restarted and reinstalled every option possible. I'm on an iphone 13 pro. This morning I woke to exactly 5000 steps. I deleted this through the app and since then it is stuck on 484 steps. My tracker goes up and when I open the app the numbers are the same but after syncing they both, the app and the tracker, go back to 484. I'm at a total loss and now looking at alternative brands. Has anyone had this issue and solved it?

I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe deleted your steps after syncing. I understand how annoying this can be, I will do my best to help you with this!

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they already offered some troubleshooting steps, my best advice is to keep the conversation directly with them so they will tell you what is the next step in case that the recommendations provided haven't worked.
