My Luxe won’t stay charged and it will only show the time. I can’t scroll to any other screen or feature. I have done a hard restart several times now. It isn’t helping. Is there hope or is this thing about to die after only 8 months?

Hi, @MMRQ , if you have tried the reset multiple times and are still not able to navigate through the options on your Luxe I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support using any of the channels listed under Contact.Fitbit.com . Be sure to let them know the trouble shooting steps you have already tried, as that will save time.

After a few more tries, contacted customer service. They were able to quickly assess that it was still under warranty, and with no hassle, my replacement is on the way. Thanks for your response.
