Suggestion to change Smart Wake alarm message

I know that custom labels are not available. But is there a way to change alarms to simply say “alarm”? I use use multiple alarms. Only one it set up with the smart wake feature. I only get up once, so I don’t know why “wake up!” would be displayed for each alarm.

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for sharing this suggestion about being able to custom the labels on your Luxe alarms. I understand why you would like to make this change.

Please note at the moment this is not possible. We rely on feedback like yours to help us develop products and features that we know our community wants to see. I'd suggest adding your comment and voting for this feature: Change alarm message from "Look Alive" to something else. This is the best way to make your voice heard. Thank you, but this is not about custom labels or being able to change the reminder to move display text. I bought this for the multiple alarm feature knowing that I couldn’t give them custom labels. It didn’t bother me because I use them as medication reminders and just assumed each would say “alarm” like most devices. I still don’t need labels. I just don’t understand why “wake up” is applied to all alarms. It’s strange, especially when you consider the optional smart wake feature. A basic line of code would to address that would be logical; eg:

if smart_wake=true, “wake up!” else “alarm”.

Logic aside, as is, it can be confusing when using two alarms within a short period in the morning. For example, I have one to wake up, and two more at 15 min and 30 min later respectively to take medication. I’ve accidentally snoozed the first one, thought it was the second one 9 minutes later, taken my medication, and then actually dismissed it. Then the second one goes off 5 minutes after that, and so forth.
