Syncing new Fitbit Luxe with Galaxy S20 ultra

Can anyone help.  I've been trying for hours to get my Galaxy S20 Ultra to sync with new Fitbit Luxe - no joy!!

I would recommend following these troubleshooting steps to resolve syncing issues.

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
