Got my new Luxe less than two weeks ago and it had been working great. This morning I saw it need to charge and went to plug it in. I had trouble getting to plug in and when I attempted to adjust the plug, it would start pulling of the back cover. Any ideas on why this happened?

@drstubbs Since your device is new and this is a hardware issue, I would contact Customer Support to see about getting a replacement sent out. Sorry that happened to your new Luxe!
