The screen of my new Luxe become crazy

Hello,

I got my Luxe 10 days ago exactly. 3 days ago, I've been to swim on a swimming pool and the screen got stuck on "swimming". I reboot my Luxe, and since then, the screen get crazy as you can see on the 3 videos. I tried to reboot few times, and to change the design of the clock, it changes only the colour of the stranges lines.

Do you have any advices ?


PS : I contacted the French forum, and the support didn't read and advised me to reboot (I did it already). Same on Twitter (they also asked me to send them a video, but that's what I did when I contacted them .. It seems they don't read, just copy and past the same answer to everybody).

Hi @Rashely I am sorry you are having these problems. There is nothing that can be done on the forums - you will need to contact Fitbit Support  again I'm afraid. I hope you can get them to understand your problem and what you have done to try and fix it. It sounds to me like there is water damage.
