Has anyone had their Luxe erase their steps data? I had a great weekend of getting steps in, and shortly after hitting 10k steps today, it suddenly said the date it was last Friday (it’s Sunday now) and when I restarted it, the date corrected but all my data from Saturday and Sunday is completely gone 😠

Hi there, @Vickievet. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
Did you stopped syncing your Luxe before going for that walk in which you hit your 10K steps? Did you check when was the last time sync of your Luxe prior to going for that walk? If you didn't sync your Luxe for several days, note what happened to you is an expected behavior. You should have logged in to sync the tracker before you began wearing it.
If you remember the exact amount of your steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. To get more information about this, check the article Can I add an activity manually to the Fitbit app?
Also, it'd be great to take a look at How do Fitbit devices sync their data? to get more information about how your Luxe syncs its data.
Hope this clarifies what might have happened. Have a nice day!
