The time on my Luxe keeps showing wrong

Before I switched over to Google I could tap on my Fitbit Luxe and it showed the time -bright and bold. Now when I tap on it, the time shows up as 51:28:48 (and it’s very small). I  have no idea what that means. It also doesn’t give me the date. I really don’t like the new  Google version. I would like to go back to the old Fitbit version. Can I ?

Hi there, @Regthor. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that you've been having inconveniences with your Luxe after upgrading to Google. I understand where your concern is coming from. We'll be glad to help you with this.

Before addressing your issue, please note that there's no way to go back to the old Fitbit version. I totally understand why you'd like to go back to that version.

Regarding the issue, I agree with @JohnnyRow. To me, it seems that your Luxe is running the stopwatch feature. Have you verified this? To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. On your device, swipe left or right to the Timers app then swipe up and tap Stopwatch.
  2. Tap the play icon to start the stopwatch.
  3. Tap the pause icon to stop.
  4. Swipe up and tap the reset icon to reset the stopwatch.

The stopwatch and timer can run at the same time. For more information, see How do I set a timer or use the stopwatch on  my Fitbit device?

If the above doesn't describe your issue, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

If that time keeps increasing, maybe you're in stopwatch mode.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
