The timer on my Luxe keeps turning on automatically. When I try to turn it off the screen locks. It does this several times a day and uses 30% of the battery power. Can I remove the timer?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for the information provided.

 

There is no option to remove the timer on your Tracker. However, to try to resolve the issue please perform a restart by following these instructions.

 

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1650240632351.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
