Time Zone Changes on Luxe

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I made a trip to the Midwest from Arizona.  My Luxe automatically changed to Central Standard (Daylight Savings) Time.  I have now returned.  It did not change automatically.  I connected the phone to my PC, updated the time zone in the settings and synced the watch.  It still did not change the time zone.  How do I do this?  It is now off by two hours for where I live, so it is totally useless as a watch and also does not record steps, sleep time, etc. for the correct 24 hour period.

Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Hi @PSBDPB. Welcome to the community forums.

Thanks for sharing the inquiry about the time on your device.

I am sorry to hear your Luxe stopped syncing with your phone and won't update the time. Thanks for trying to resolve this. Time on your tracker should be corrected when you sync it with the app. I recommend trying the following:

  1. Turn on 'always allow' for location services on your phone.
  2. Confirm the steps to restart your Luxe: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  4. Tap Set Up a Device.
  5. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

For complete troubleshooting instructions, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

If the tracker is still showing the wrong time after syncing, please try the additional troubleshooting steps here
