My brand new Luxe, opened on Christmas, stopped working. Just the 3 lines on the top and bottom. I had a call with support. I've tried for days now to do a reset but it never does anything. They emailed and said to return the Luxe to the warehouse. Great. But didn't give me the mailing address to the warehouse. So....... needless to say disappointed about this whole situation.

Hi @PatriciaPGH usually when you're told to return a device, you're sent an email with a pre=paid shipping label on it. Check your spam folder?

Hi Odyssey13, thanks for the reply. Ah, now that I reread the email, yes, they said they will send it but that email hasn't come in yet. It's now the Lunar New Year holiday so things are closed thus I can't get it sent off. Thanks for the heads up.
