Top side of Luxe won't stay on band

I've had my Luxe about 6 months now. After about a month, the top of the watch kept coming out of the band (like the band would open and it would fall off my wrist, but not at the clasp... at the top of the watch face). I've tried replacement bands, but it happens with every one of them. I can usually manage to make it work after lots of frustration, but then when I have to take it off to charge in a couple days, we're at it again. Anyone else having this issue? Time to file a claim?

Hi @gen_here  try getting with support to see what they feel your options are. Chat or phone is normally the best way to reach them.
