Tried it all but Fitbit Luxe won't sync, won't re-pair, not found

My Fitbut Luxe started getting flaky, running out of charge without warning, wrong time, not syncing.

I did all the recommendations - turned Bluetooth on and off, restarted phone and Fitbit, reset Fitbit, various iterations. No luck.

Removed from Bluetooth and tried to repair but it isn't found.

Removed Fitbit app, reinstalled.

No other Fitbits are in Bluetooth.

There do not seem to be other suggestions. I think it is just done. I think it's my last FitBit. Let me know if I should reconsider.

Welcome to the community @dfirsching.

Thank you for taking the time to share all the details regarding these difficulties with your Luxe. Thank you for trying to fix it on your own.

Please, even if you already tried some of the steps listed below, I'd suggest you perform the steps in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Luxe first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
