Trophies not correct/pic not showing on Bingo

Hi! 

I just set up my Luxe. My subject title says it all basically.... I've been awarded many more trophies than what is shown on my profile, and I've got a default picture while playing bingo. 

 

Any ideas? Thanks so much!

Hello @spicy.kitten and welcome to the Community.  I looked at your profile and can see that you joined Fitbit in 2016.  Your badges and trophies are part of your account and aren't specific to one device.  Are you saying that you are a new member and that there is something amiss in your account?

As far as your Bingo question goes, can you give more details about your screen?  Are you saying the mage doesn't change as you play?  A screenshot will help -- except that some new users get error messages when trying to add a screenshot.
