Trying to return Fitbit Luxe in India

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I ordered luxe to gift to someone from online Fitbit store for India and found out a day later they already got another Fitbit.

I emailed Fitbit immediately on only point of contact they have mentioned regarding orders , i.e. service@store-in.fitbit.com to cancel the order.

I got no reply from them but an email notification next day that my order has been shipped.

After receiving my package today, I again emailed them to return the package, as it is still unopened and within 45 days window.

Again, I have not heard back from them , not even an e mail acknowledging my request.

I am worried now I won't be hearing back from them. Which is kind of disappointing.

Does any one have any ideas how can I proceed further?

@AndreaFitbit so the worst of possible outcomes has come true. After calling the number @Odyssey13  suggested, I was told that the only thing they know is there one email ID i.e. service@store-in.fitbit.com and I  should mail on that. After I mentioned that I already did it, they told me that’s all anybody can do and now all that can be done is wait for the reply , which I haven’t received in almost a week now.

Fitbit in India, is totally at the mercy of its distributor which as I know by now can’t be reached or held liable for anything. So the return policy, or any other policy for sake of it, is just for show over here.

Another interesting thing that customer representative told me is , they have never received a return request before, which is impossible in a country as big as India and simply means that any previous such requests were also not registered or entertained, hence no record.

Customer representative also told me they’ll get back with more information but haven’t received any update yet. Guess this the end of road for me.

I hope more people will read this and take an informed decision before buying Fitbit .

Thanks for getting back to us @yashvardhan. I'm sorry to hear about what happened.

I updated your case and added some notes. The only thing you can do right now is waiting for CS response.

I appreciate your understanding.
