Hello! I just received my Luxe from Amazon and am having some issues.
1. I tried to change my clock and sadly, this did not work. It's telling me, on the clock face on the Luxe itself: "Go to the Fitbit app and try another clock" however no matter what I try, it's not working. I have tried hitting "Continue" and "Later" when prompted with: "Continue installing? Some applications did not finish installing. Do you want to continue installing them now?"
Nothing is working. 😞
2. I cannot upload a profile picture or banner, neither on the mobile app nor here on the website.
