How does the charger not come in USB-C? This is insane in 2021. Please release a USB-C charger for purchase.

Hi @encoreguy  USB-C would mean an open hole in the device, whereas the existing charger keeps everything sealed. Not everything is USB-C and there are a lot of laptops, tablets, phones and such.

That makes sense but I'm talking about the side that plugs into the computer, not the Fitbit. Right now it is USB-A. But it would make way more sense if it was USB-C. That's what pretty much every charger has now!

@encoreguy   I know which end you are referring to.  My computer has both USB-A and C ports on it and I have A and C devices.  An interesting observation.  When Fitbit released the first pictures of the Luxe, it showed a USB-C power connection.  The Charge 5, released after the Luxe, still has a USB-A power port connection.  The Sense and Versa 3 are recent releases, so I don't anticipate a new model for a little while.  Fitbit is very tight lipped about information like this.  We will all have to wait and see what Fitbit does with its next release.
