I have been trying to contact customer support for a week now and it constantly crashes on the app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it still crashes, I can't even start a chat without it kicking me.

I had contacted customer service a few weeks ago, they walked me thru steps to have my Luxe provide me we my sleep score and get a reading for everything for my health metrics. That worked for about a week and then now it is back to not providing me with a sleep score or complete health metrics. I don't know what to do I have to restart my Luxe everyday to get it to send the little information that I get.

Thank you for informing us about the issues you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe and for the troubleshooting steps you’ve performed.
Whether you see a sleep pattern (time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages (light sleep, deep sleep, and REM), please visit this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions. Sleep Stages are required to see your Sleep Score
If you are still having difficulties to reach out the chat team, please log out from the Fitbit app, reboot your phone and log back in. If necessary, you can give them a call. Please click here to get connected.
