I got this Fitbit, because I thought it looked nice. It is also water resistant and is suppose to track my swimming.
I try to get to the timer and it keeps hanging up on the alarm clock and setting alarms that I don't want. I figured how to cancel them but still can't get to the timer. I know there is one there, I saw it a couple times. Also when I trying to scroll over it gets me on "walking" and starts that up when I don't want it. It also start me up on "relaxing" exercise when I do not want it. At this point I can track my walking and see the time of day, but that is about it. I would have gone to the next level Fitbit but the newest Charge is water resistant but it does not track swimming. Is anyone else unhappy with this device? I wish I did just go with the higher model despite it not being able to track the swimming.

To get to the timer, it sounds like, from the clock face, you are scrolling right (swiping left) through the apps. You could also scroll the other way from clock face, scroll left (swipe right) and timer is the first app; i.e. the apps scroll through a loop either way.

Double tap should take you out of anything back to main clock face.
Maybe you have seen this, but here is the Luxe manual: Luxe manual (pdf)

My Fitbit is working better with your suggestions. I am getting along with it better. I still have the occasional issues, but I am trying to be more patient with it.
