Unresponsive screen and device. Awful battery life (1 day)

Hi there!

About a week algo my Fitbit Luxe started acting up: touchscreen won't work and does not respond, screen will remain black after doble tapping it, you cannot swipe up/down any options. Some notifications (WhatsApp or Instagram messages for example) would pop-up and make the device vibe after selecting the "Reflect my Mobile" option, but you still cannot select them nor operate the Fitbit.

Upon checking the Fitbit app, it seems it's able to record information (steps, sleep, etc) but this won't be shown in the the device.

The battery only lasts 1 day.

I already tried rebooting it several times by pressing the button on the flat end of the charger 3 times with 1 sec pause while charging as instructed in the Manual and other Community Fitbit posts, but the issue persists so I would like to know how to make the warranty work and ask for a refund.

I did not fabric restore it as it was advised in other posts not to do this. 

It was purchased in the USA (NYC) by the end of June 2024 in Google Store Williamsburg. How can I proceed?
