Hey, my vitality app is not recognising my Fitbit workouts. 
I’ve tried everything suggested and still does not work.

any tips?

Even if you already tried steps to troubleshoot suggested in other threads, I'd ask you to confirm that you followed the steps listed in this help article:

  1. Make sure your Fitbit device is syncing with your account. For troubleshooting information, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
  2. Unlink the app from your account. For instructions, see How do I manage apps connected to Fitbit?
  3. Reconnect the app with your account. For instructions, see How do I connect Fitbit with another app?

If you have trouble syncing Fitbit with another app, contact the developer of the app.
