Waiting for my Luxe

I put in a pre-order and my card has been charged but I have yet to receive postage info or my Fitbit 

Any advice gratefully received.

Hi @AngeC2000  when you place an order anywhere online, a hold is placed for that amount on your card. The actual funds are not charged or taken from your account until the order ships. As for the date of your shipment, it seems people are beginning to receive their pre-orders now, so you should be receiving an email to let you know.
